Content Submission Form

For distribution on UBC brand channels.

UBC brand channels include the ubc.ca homepage, Beyond UBC content marketing website and UBC’s institutional social media channels. If applicable, nominate your content for one of our social media series. 

Note: Content will be considered based on our editorial strategy for each channel. Not all submissions will be shared and channels will vary. For more information on UBC’s social media strategy, see UBC’s Social Media Playbook. 

Please submit at least five business days in advance of your desired publication date.

Content may be original or previously published.

  1. Typical UBC.ca stories include:
    • A headline 
    • A high-quality image 
    • A destination URL that hosts the story
  2. For Beyond UBC, please reference the guidelines here. Submit previously published content or ideas for stories through the form below; we may contact you to discuss adapting content for the Beyond audience. 
  3. For social media submissions, view guidelines, examples and best practices through this Figma board. Please use the Canva templates below for submissions for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok content.

If you are an Emplifi user, submit your content for approval directly through the platform (Publisher).
